Pet Policy

We are a pet friendly community!
 
  • Permitted Animals: Domestic cats, fish (aquarium limit: 50 gallons), birds, and dogs.
  • Prohibited Dog Breeds: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Shar Pei, Siberian Husky, and any mix thereof.
  • 2 pets per household.
  • No weight limit
  • Prohibited Animals: Snakes, ferrets, iguanas, rabbits, potbelly pigs, insects, and other exotic or wild animals.
  • Fees: A non-refundable pet fee of $250, additional monthly rent of $35 per pet, and an additional deposit may be required. All pet agreements must be executed prior to moving in.
